Welcome to AeroWorks Motor Coach Mfg. (“AeroWorks”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or commissioning a build, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
AeroWorks designs and manufactures custom motor coaches, motor homes, and vehicle conversions. All work performed by AeroWorks is completed using documented processes, technical standards, and engineering-based procedures. By engaging with AeroWorks, you acknowledge that custom coach manufacturing is a specialized service requiring planning, design decisions, and customer participation.
2. Quotes & Estimates
2.1 All quotes are estimates, not final prices.
2.2 Pricing may change based on customer-requested modifications, parts availability, engineering requirements, or updated material costs.
2.3 A quote does not guarantee availability of components, options, or timelines.
3. Deposits & Payments
3.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure scheduling, engineering work, and parts procurement.
3.2 Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
3.3 Failure to make payments may pause or cancel the project, at AeroWorks’ discretion.
4. Customer-Supplied Vehicles
4.1 Customers who supply their own buses or chassis acknowledge full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle.
4.2 AeroWorks does not guarantee or warranty any components, systems, or conditions present before the build.
4.3 If preexisting issues impact the build process or safety, additional charges may apply.
4.4 AeroWorks reserves the right to decline or discontinue work on unsafe or unsuitable vehicles.
5. Engineering, Design & Changes
5.1 AeroWorks follows aviation-inspired engineering, documentation, and safety practices.
5.2 Design changes requested after work has begun may require additional engineering time and costs.
5.3 AeroWorks retains ownership of all engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and proprietary methods.
6. Warranties & Limited Liability
6.1 AeroWorks warranties only the workmanship performed directly by AeroWorks.
6.2 Third-party components carry their own manufacturer warranties.
6.3 AeroWorks is not liable for failures, malfunctions, or damages caused by:
customer-supplied parts
preexisting vehicle conditions
improper use, maintenance, or modifications after delivery
off-road use, collisions, or accidents
failure to follow care, maintenance, or operating instructions
6.4 Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items such as brakes, tires, bulbs, or fluids.
6.5 AeroWorks’ liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services delivered.
7. Delivery, Pickup & Transport
7.1 Customers are responsible for:
transporting their vehicle to and from AeroWorks, unless otherwise arranged
verifying insurance coverage during transport
inspecting the vehicle upon pickup
7.2 Once the vehicle leaves AeroWorks property, it is considered accepted in its delivered condition.
8. Safety & Compliance
8.1 AeroWorks builds custom vehicles to the best of our knowledge and ability following applicable standards.
8.2 Compliance requirements vary by state; customers are responsible for registration, insurance, emissions, inspections, and legal compliance in their state or region.
8.3 AeroWorks does not guarantee that a customer-supplied chassis meets current or future regulatory standards.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All drawings, schematics, models, manuals, processes, and documents created by AeroWorks remain the intellectual property of AeroWorks.
9.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
10. Cancellations
10.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
10.2 Work completed up to the point of cancellation must be paid in full.
10.3 Parts already ordered for the build will be charged to the customer.
11. Website Use
11.1 All content on this website is owned by AeroWorks.
11.2 You may not copy, distribute, or use any text, images, graphics, logos, or documents without permission.
12. Privacy
AeroWorks collects only the information necessary to communicate with customers, provide services, and maintain records. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with unrelated third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
AeroWorks may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
